By accessing or using the Plantd for Churches platform ("Service"), operated by Purquo, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Plantd for Churches provides a web-based dashboard and companion mobile application designed for church administration. The Service includes member management, engagement analytics, Bible study content delivery, growth path tracking, and related features for church communities.
To use the Service, you must register a church account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers based on congregation size. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Church administrators are responsible for managing member access through join codes and the administrative dashboard. Member limits are enforced based on your subscription tier. Exceeding your plan's member limit may require an upgrade to a higher tier.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, lesson content, growth paths, and software — are the exclusive property of Purquo, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Bible content and AI-generated responses are provided for educational and devotional purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional theological counsel.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purquo, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
