Purquo, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Plantd for Churches platform and the Plantd mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
When you register a church account, we collect your church name, administrator name, email address, and password. When members join through your church's join code, we collect their name and email.
We automatically collect information about how you and your members interact with the Service, including lessons completed, streaks, XP earned, growth path progress, and engagement patterns. This data powers the analytics dashboard available to church administrators.
For the mobile application, we may collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens (when notifications are enabled by the user).
If members use the AI Bible Companion feature, their questions and conversations are processed by our AI service provider (OpenAI). Members must consent to this data processing before using AI features. Conversations are not used to train AI models.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you or your church administrator requests account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
